What is Sunbolt’s return policy?
Most products can be returned within 30 days in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Activated phones have a 14-day window. Opened games and software are returnable only when still sealed. The return window starts on the day you collect the item in store or the day it is delivered.

|---|---|---|
| Most products (laptops, tablets, TVs, audio, accessories, smart home) | 30 days | Original condition with box, manuals and all accessories |
| Activated phones | 14 days | Original condition with box and accessories, signed out of all accounts |
| Games and software | 30 days | Must be sealed if opened games or software |
| Protection plans and services | Per plan or service terms | See terms in store |
What condition does a return need to be in?
A returned item should be in the condition you received it: undamaged, with the original box, manuals, cables, chargers and any included accessories. Phones, tablets and laptops must be signed out of all accounts, with Find My, Google account protection and any passcodes removed, so the device can be reset.
Before returning a phone, tablet or computer:
- Back up your data. We cannot recover data after a device is reset.
- Sign out of Apple ID, Google, Samsung and other accounts, and turn off Find My or device protection.
- Remove your SIM card and any memory card.
- Pack everything that came in the box.
If you are unsure how to sign out, bring the device to either store and we will walk through it with you.
How do I return an item in store?
Bring the item, all its accessories and your order number or receipt to Sunbolt Camelback or Sunbolt Desert Ridge. We inspect the item at the counter and process your refund or exchange. In-store returns are usually the quickest route, and you can return an online order at either store.
Opening hours are shown live on our store pages. Please bring a photo ID for returns of phones and high-value items.
How do I return an item by mail?
Contact us through the contact page or call our orders and returns line at (480) 555-0192 with your order number. We confirm the return and send you instructions and a return address. Pack the item securely in its original box, and use a trackable service so you have proof of delivery.
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility unless we tell you otherwise when confirming the return.
How and when are refunds issued?
Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. We process them promptly after inspection, and your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
If you paid with more than one method, we refund each method in proportion. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used for the order.
What cannot be returned?
Some items have limits on returns:
- Opened games and software, unless still sealed.
- Activated phones after 14 days.
- Services already performed, such as Phone Setup & Data Transfer, Laptop Setup & Optimization, Screen Protector Installation or TV Wall-Mount Installation.
- Items damaged after purchase, including liquid damage, cracked screens and heat damage. These may be eligible for repair under a SunCare protection plan instead.
- Items missing major accessories or packaging, unless we agree otherwise.
What if my product is faulty?
If a product is faulty within the return window, you can return it or exchange it. After the return window, faults are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty or a SunCare plan. Either store can take a repair intake and explain how the claim works. See warranty and protection for details.
