These terms of sale apply to orders placed with Sunbolt Electronics & Mobile LLC (“Sunbolt”, “we”, “us”) through our website. They cover pricing, availability, order acceptance, payment, taxes, pickup and delivery. They work alongside our website terms of use, returns policy and warranty information.
Is this a demo store?
Yes. This website is a demonstration store powered by SmartPOS Hub. Orders placed on it are not fulfilled and no payment is taken. Product names, stock levels and policies are shown to demonstrate how a live electronics store sells online. The remaining sections describe how those sales would work.
How are prices and availability shown?
Prices and stock come live from our stores’ point-of-sale inventory, so the website reflects what is on our shelves at Sunbolt Camelback and Sunbolt Desert Ridge. Availability is shown per store. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax until checkout. Prices and stock can change at any time until your order is placed.
We do not offer price matching. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.
When is an order accepted?
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgment when we receive it, but the contract is formed only when we confirm the order is ready for pickup or has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before then, for example if stock is not available, a listing error is found or we suspect fraud.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
How does payment work?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider when you place the order or, for some pickup orders, at collection, as shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. For security, we may ask for photo ID matching the cardholder’s name when you collect high-value items.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is charged according to Arizona and local tax rules, based on your pickup store or delivery address. The amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped to other states are taxed according to that state’s rules where we are required to collect tax.
How does store pickup work?
Free same-day pickup is available at both stores when the item shows as available at the store you choose. Wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation, then bring your order number and photo ID. Opening hours are shown live on our store pages. Ownership and risk pass to you when you collect the item.
How does delivery work?
We offer local delivery across the Phoenix metro area and standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Costs and options are shown at checkout, and the free-shipping threshold is shown in your cart. Delivery times are typical, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to your address. Full details are on our shipping page.
What about services and protection plans?
Services such as Phone Setup & Data Transfer, Laptop Setup & Optimization, Screen Protector Installation and TV Wall-Mount Installation are carried out in store or, for wall mounts, at your home by booking through Sunbolt Desert Ridge. SunCare protection plans are governed by their own plan terms, available in store. See warranty and protection.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel any order before it has been collected or dispatched by contacting us. After collection or delivery, our returns policy applies: 30 days for most products in original condition with all accessories, 14 days for activated phones, and opened games and software must be sealed.
Are there purchase limits?
We may limit quantities per customer for high-demand items, such as phone and console launches, so more customers can buy them. Limits are shown on the product page or at checkout. We may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale in breach of these limits.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable US federal law. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
