About the Laptop Setup & Optimization
Laptop Setup & Optimization saves you the first few hours with a new computer. A Sunbolt technician installs operating system and driver updates, creates or signs in to your Microsoft, Apple or Google account, removes trial software you do not want, and confirms the built-in security tools are active.
We install common apps you request, such as a browser, Microsoft 365 or Zoom, set up backup with File History, Time Machine or a cloud service, and can transfer files from your old computer when you bring it in. The laptop is then ready to use at pickup. It works for Windows laptops, MacBooks and Chromebooks.
